3 Food Groups that Makes Acne

In society, there is a general perception that a lot of eating beans, fried and avocado can cause acne. It's just a myth. General understanding in scientific circles for this is that no foods that cause acne.
 
However, certain foods known to aggravate acne:
1. Sugar and Carbohydrates
In the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology July 2010 edition, Prof. Bowe WP, et al concluded that foods containing large amounts of refined sugar and low glycemic carbohydrates Indexed acne can worsen because of increased secretion of insulin in the body. Insulin triggers a series of subsequent biochemical reactions that increase the secretion of sebum that aggravate acne. Candy, ice cream, chocolate bars and potato chips are examples of low glycemic indexed foods sweet.
2. Milk and milk products

Numerous studies have shown a positive relationship between milk consumption and acne. The presence of hormones and other bioactive molecules in milk is likely to be the reason why milk can aggravate acne. Some people also experience inflammation of acne as an allergic response to milk proteins.
3. Meat and Chicken Products
Chicken and its derivatives can stimulate the development of acne lesions because of artificial hormones that are used to spur growth.

If certain foods seem to aggravate your acne, try to avoid the food. It is important also to note that eating greasy foods do not make the skin become more oily, but eating foods that can leave the oil on the face, especially around the mouth. Oil skin attached that can aggravate acne.
