Solution Unable to FULL SCREEN when playing GAME in Windows 7


A. Solution for NVIDIA GeForce-based VGA
Indeed, on some drivers for VGA Nvidia Windows 7 there is a bug in setting complaints "Flat Panel Scaling". Which can lead to some problems such as blank screen, as well as applications that can not full screen.


To overcome this problem you do not have to bother to make or find & replace another Nvidia driver, turn off aero, or turn off UAC.

Simply do the following:

- Right-click your desktop
- Click the Nvidia control panel
- Then select Advanced settings
- Navigate the Display tab select "Change flat panel scaling"



 
- Select Do not scale
- Close the Nvidia control panel


B. Solution for ATI Radeon based VGA

VGA ATI, application Full screen 4:3 on wide monitor
- Open Catalyst Control Center
- From the drop down menu at the top, click "Desktop & Displays"
- Below, there will be a list monitor2 reply can be used. on the active monitor selection, click the black triangle, and select "Configure ...". If it does not appear, you are one click triangles.
- After that will come "Notebook Panel Properties". Select the tab "Attributes".
- In "Scaling Options", select the "Full Screen" or "Maintain Aspect Ratio", do not reply "Center".
- If "Scaling Options" can not be selected and grayed out, change the first desktop resolution to lower resolutions. Then try again to change the "Scaling Options".
- Once converted, return the desktop resolution to a setting which is usually used.
- Try the test with a full screen application that only have the option 4:3 display ratio. applications will be full strecth!
